MENA Hosts 5th Annual Conference

The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Regional Council hosted its 5th annual conference at the Le Meridien N’Fis in Marrakech, Morocco on April 19 and 20, 2018. Representing more than 400 members operating in the region, MENA RC is an OSAC Common Interest Council created to promote information-sharing among OSAC constituent organizations (U.S.-based organizations including businesses, NGOs, faith-based organizations, and academic institutions).

The annual event, the second one held outside the continental U.S. since MENA’s inception in 2014, was planned by the MENA RC Steering Committee. The event was chaired by Chris Daniel, MENA RC Private Sector Co-Chairman and Chairman Director for International Health and Safety at Michigan State University, and Bill Gannon, MENA RC Public Sector Co-Chair and Special Agent in Charge, Boston, Diplomatic Security Service, U.S. Department of State.
